As an executive for the past 25 years, I have developed quality and performance plans, counseled, appraised and hired employees, taken disciplinary actions, and worked with diverse Fortune 500 clients. I have gone from supervising 150 employees to managing over 4000 HQ and field employees. Throughout my career, I have recognized the value of motivating and rewarding people. I have always considered myself a leader first and a security professional second. As you will see in this blog, my creative side takes a prominent role in the various forms of media used to enhance my TEAMbuilding efforts. And let’s not forget about the government, I have a few things to say about politics as well. After all, our lives are effected everyday by what happens in Washington.
